How Instant BG Remover handles selected images, downloads and ordinary site requests.

Operator and controller
Instant BG Remover is operated by hocainsali, operating from Pakistan under the public name Instant BG Remover. Contact hocainsali@gmail.com about personal-data requests. The English-language site is accessible worldwide but is not marketed specifically to EU or UK residents. It does not run targeted advertising. Optional Google Analytics measures site and tool usage only after affirmative consent. If that scope changes, applicable privacy and representative requirements will be reviewed before the change.
Images you select
Selected PNG, JPEG and WebP files are decoded and processed in browser memory, including AI workers. The observed local processing and export flows sent no image request bodies to a server. The application has no image-upload API or image storage backend. Your browser creates preview and download blobs locally. Closing or reloading the page releases current in-memory editing state; a file you download remains wherever your device saves it. The app does not provide a cloud backup or recovery account.
What is downloaded to your browser
Pages, fonts, scripts, sample images, ONNX Runtime files and model weights are fetched from the site's configured origin as needed. Background removal can download substantial model files on first use; browsers may cache them and may evict them later. If model delivery changes, we will review the configured origin and update this policy.
Ordinary web requests
HostBreak receives requests for pages and assets. Its cPanel Raw Access screen shows separate HTTP and SSL access logs for this domain. HostBreak says active raw logs rotate with daily or monthly statistics processing. Unarchived logs are discarded at the end of a monthly cycle if auto-clean is enabled; otherwise they may remain until manual removal or quota limits. Monthly compressed archives are kept in the hosting account when archiving is enabled. The account settings and support reply do not establish one exact deletion period for every log. Request logs can contain an IP address, request path, time and browser user agent. HostBreak says access is limited to the cPanel account and authorized support engineers. It identifies the hosting and backup infrastructure as Hetzner in the EU, described as Germany or Finland, without confirming the precise country. The application code does not send selected photo pixels, filenames or support drafts in site requests.
Purposes, legal bases and recipients
Site requests and technical logs support page and asset delivery, security and fault investigation. Necessary site delivery and proportionate security logging support the operator’s interest in making the service available and secure. Where privacy law requires a specific legal basis, it must be assessed for the processing and location concerned. HostBreak receives request metadata; an email provider receives a message only if you send one. There is no account, payment or advertising recipient. If a visitor accepts optional analytics, Google receives limited page and tool events plus ordinary request metadata such as IP address and device/browser information. The event adapter excludes selected image pixels, filenames, form text, arbitrary URLs, query strings and user IDs. Analytics is disabled for visitors who reject it or have not made a choice. HostBreak places its hosting and backups in EU infrastructure; the precise country and any access or transfers outside it have not been verified.
Cookies, storage and third parties
The app does not store photos in localStorage and does not include advertising or session-replay scripts. It stores only an analytics choice and its date in localStorage. Google Analytics loads only after acceptance and may set first-party analytics cookies such as _ga; rejecting it sends no analytics request. The footer’s “Cookie settings” control allows withdrawal, which stops future app events and attempts to clear site analytics cookies. Previously collected data is not erased automatically; contact us to request applicable deletion. Ordinary browser HTTP caching may store site files and models. Infrastructure cookies, if any, are disclosed on the cookie and storage page after checking live responses. Third-party links, if followed, are governed by those destinations. See the cookie and storage page. Ads are not active. Optional Google Analytics uses a basic opt-in approach: its tag does not load until acceptance. Analytics measures page views, tool opens, processing outcomes and requested exports; it does not verify whether the operating system completed a download. Google may infer traffic source, device category and country from consented requests. We do not send image data or filenames. The GA4 property sets user and event data retention to two months without reset on new activity; aggregated reporting can follow separate Google rules. Retention and rights
Images and editing state remain in browser memory for the active session; this site keeps no server copy. Downloads remain on your device until you remove them. Browser caches follow browser settings and HTTP rules. HostBreak says unarchived raw logs are discarded after a monthly statistics cycle only when auto-clean is enabled; otherwise they may remain until manual removal or quota limits. Enabled monthly archives remain in the hosting account until removed under its archive settings. The effective settings and exact deletion date for each log type are not confirmed. We therefore do not claim a fixed log-retention period. For optional GA4, the property’s user and event data retention is set to two months without renewal by new activity; Google may keep aggregated reports under separate rules.
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing, by emailing hocainsali@gmail.com. Where applicable, you may complain to the relevant data-protection authority in your location. You can stop processing, close the page and clear cached site data yourself. The contact form opens an email draft; the site does not send it. The site does not profile visitors for ads or make automated decisions about people.
